Experienced Cook

Availability: Nights & Weekends

Purpose: To play a key role in ensuring that our customers have access to high-quality and appetizing food options during their visit to our center. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and serve a variety of dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.

- Ensure that all food products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and hygienically, following proper food handling procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation standards and regulations.

- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.

 - Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously to meet customer demand.

- Assist in the training and supervision of kitchen personnel, ensuring that all team members adhere to food safety protocols and operational procedures.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and coworkers, delivering exceptional service at all times.

Education Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience and Knowledge:
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school education or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience working as a Cook or Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.



Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.



Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.



A passion for food and a creative approach to cooking, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.



Assistant Mechanic

Availability: Nights & Weekends

Purpose: To assist in maintaining the automatic Brunswick pinsetters and other operating equipment of the center at the highest level of efficiency.

Duties:
1.) Follow preventative maintenance schedule.

2.) Clear malfunctions, making adjustments and repairs as necessary.

3.) Maintain housekeeping for pit and shop areas.

4.) Repair and maintain all other operating equipment, as directed. Assist in training Pinchasers.

5.) Clean, repair, and adjust telefouls, as directed.

6.) Repair and maintain automatic scoring equipment, as directed.

7.) Maintain records of malfunctions, repairs, adjustments, and parts used, as directed.

8.) Maintain and replenish parts inventory, as directed.

9.) Perform minor lane repairs, as directed.

10.) Monitor daily cleaning and conditioning of lanes, as directed.

11.) Identify and report any potential safety hazards

Directs of Work: Pinchasers, as prescribed by Head Mechanic. Responsible for ensuring that subordinates perform their job functions in a manner consistent with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Education Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience and Knowledge:
General Mechanic Experience Preferred.

Thorough knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.

Must have communication skills that commensurate with job responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:

Judgement: Judgement is required frequently in determining the solution to maintenance problems. Critical problems referred to a higher level, sometimes for immediate advice as to a solution.

Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Climbing, reaching, and balancing on operating machinery.

Responsibilities: Responsible for assigned areas of work performed under supervision of Head Mechanic or Center Manager.
